  • I re-visited the Blushing Bakeshop yesterday, because I was in the area and needed a snicky snack. I'm sorry, these cupcakes are just bad. This is difficult for me to write, because saying a cupcake is "bad" is just a stretch. It's like saying a sunny day is "bad." But alas, the cupcake was so dry, I am pretty sure it was baked the day before, or worse. The icing was ok. But the cake itself just cannot be dry!
