| - Sure, everyone hates buying a car and having to haggle over price. If you want to skip that whole part of the experience, then this is the place.to.be. We walked onto the lot intending to look around, ask some questions, see a few prices, and possibly buy. We ended up buying a car WITHOUT feeling like we'd been taken and were extremely pleased with the overall experience. They do indeed do no haggle pricing here- the price on the sticker (minus any rebates) is the price you pay, and the prices overall looked pretty comparable. They told us they aren't allowed to cut the pricing down from what is on the tag. The primary salesman does all of the paperwork in front of you, including financing. We never even talked to anyone else.
I can't overemphasize how much stress this took out of the process on our end. They took our trade in, gave us what I think was a more than fair trade value, and walked us through the whole process step by step. There was never ever a point where we felt pressured, the salesman gave us plenty of time to talk and think, and he left us alone or stayed out of earshot several times so that we could discuss.
Buying something expensive like a car is still a moderate to high stress situation (especially when we had planned on doing it in a few months, not NOW), but this place made the entire experience as pleasant and transparent as possible. We will definitely be back and will send our friends there as well.
