  • I am very saddened by the shady business practices at Sky Harbor. I go to Phoenix a lot for classes. Dexter at the counter who is nice in person who may not be the person who had added additional upgrades, insurance etc in the amount of 488. You contact customer service and they say you signed which is a credit card reader and out of the persons mouth is saying it is declining such services. BUT that was not the case. At least I have a witness. VIDEO all dealings with HERTZ then you can protect yourself if this happens to you. I have rented cars for a long time and this has never happened. once you are burned it will make you more aware.
