Ugh- what a disaster. Rude employees that seem to "run away" from you if you need help. Yes, the clothing is low priced but you get what you pay for. The sizes are "European" so expect things to run smaller when you are making a purchase. The clothes tend to fall apart after a few washes so this is not a long term wardrobe solution. You will likely fight large crowds as H&M seems to attract the younger generation, so expect it. I'm really going to avoid H&M in the future- and only go here for gift shopping or the occasional accessory I may need at times. Keep in mind, this is a guy's perspective. :-)
