  • Pretty disappointed with our experience here today. We've been bringing our long hair ragdoll here since we moved to Vegas 15 months ago. Overall we've been pretty pleased with the service. While they've never been consistent with his haircut, today proved that they're not detailed either. We brought our little boy home to find that they missed one entire section of his stomach and the mane was noticeably uneven. The groomer made no mention of having any difficulty with him, nor did she advise us of the areas that were not completed. To make matters worse, they raised the price from $50 (in 2016) to $70 today, with no explanation other than a price increase. What kind of business raises prices 40% year over year? Needless to say we're incredibly disappointed and won't be returning. Our little guy is special to us and clearly they failed to give him the care and attention that he deserves.
