  • Horrible experiences with the sales department. I told them exactly what I was looking for: Civic, 4dr, EX or EX-L. When they didn't have what I wanted, they said could "add tape" to a 2dr to "make it look like it has more doors" or have the service department "add a moonroof". This was in spite of me saying multiple times, this is NOT what I wanted. I was also criticized for wanting to pay cash. I gave them 3 chances and they failed each time. I will no longer be shopping for a car from them.
