  • Charged me $65 for a service call estimate only to find an estimate of $504 to install a water softener. Wrong! Had it done by another plumber for $250 later the same day. Make sure you get an estimate by phone B4 the plumber comes out. Butter would not provide a phone estimate. There are more reasonable plumbing services in the valley.
