  • Rough and rude. Have been here before with no problems. Today the tech kept nicking my skin with the electric file. I have open sores on almost every finger. I said something to the tech and he blamed it on me for tensing up. I told him I might relax if he stopped nicking me. He raised his voice. Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Beware. They are rough and rude No clue what good customer service looks like. Never coming back!!!
