  • I love you Bobby Flay! Never had brunch this sexy and sophisticated! What a great place to dine when you don't want to wait for hours to get inside the Bacchanal Buffet or if you're simply looking for a great restaurant in Vegas. Love the American Southwest inspired interior. It's bright and colorful, but not obnoxious and has a non intimidating fine dining feel. Food was amazing and very memorable. We came on a Saturday brunch, and they serve traditional American brunch fare with a south-western twist. We HAD -Complimentary pastries -blue corn bread, mini jalapeno biscuits, coffee cake with butter on the side. Everything was yummy! -TIGER SHRIMP TAMALE $18- Everyone's fav so I had to get it. 4 pieces of tiger shrimp on a bed of housemade tamale with roasted garlic cream sauce on top. It was was mix of a bit sweet from the tamale and savory from the shrimp and garlic sauce. Amazing. GET IT! -BLUE CORN WAFFLE $14 - Crispy on the outside, light and soft on the inside. The bluecorn gave it a nutty flavor to the waffle. It's different and I liked it. It also had had enough black berry syrup that's not too sweet and the creme fraiche on top to cuts the sweetness. So good! -MANGO GLAZED BACON $4.50- Recommended by our server. 2 thick strip of their house cured bacon with mango glaze on top. Wow! never thought of mango with bacon and it's delicious! -MESA BURGER $18- Perfectly cooked beef patty, double cheddar and grille onion. So simple yet delicious. It came with southwestern fries (french fries with chili powder) and horseradish mustard dip. GET IT! Service was great. Our server was very nice and attentive. The table next to us was actually very rude to our server, but he remained professional and killed them with kindness. I also asked if Bobby ever comes to visit and he said about 3x a year since he is a very busy man.
