  • Bad experience, decided to only try this place since they are open later than most salons. booked a gel mani and soak off. After telling the nail tech that my nails are sensitive to the drill she decided to use it anyway to file down the gel, which I Expressed to her that usually my gels wont come off that way it's easier to soak them with the foils and scrape it off with the metal cuticle pusher. She still wanted to do it her way. What should have took 10 mins, took 1hr and 15 min to JUST remove the gel!!! At that point I should have already been finished with my service. I was already short on time at that point so I had told her to just file my nails and put a clear coat of gel. I didn't even get get to apply the color desired. And I still payed full price!!! I didnt get a proper manicure. Worst $50 spent my nails are starting to break now.....
