I really like the classes here - the instructors are all excellent and take care to provide instructions for anyone working through injuries or limitations. I've taken the stretch and roll class (great for muscle rehab), BaAarre, and their classic variety class. I find the classes challenging without being too fast - expect to feel lots of shakes and quakes - by the end of class, you're going to have jello legs, so make sure you take it easy walking down the stairs.
Make sure you wipe down the barre, ball, mat, and resistance band carefully before you start the class. They instruct people to wipe everything down after class, but I've found overall that it's not as clean as it could be. It's a challenge keeping a small space smelling fresh, but overall I guess it's not holding me back, considering I keep retunring for more!
