  • A few months ago my sister called this company asking about her garage not opening or closing and the person the phone said it just needs to be set. When she asked for a quota he said it is FREE to reset. So cool, that's awesome! Just recently my sisters garage wasn't working again and of course it just needed to be reset. My sister calls this company again, since the last time they did it for free, and offered to come out Sunday (today) to reset it. Did not disclose anything about fees. My sister has a tenant living in the house so the tech calls my sister to let her know what the issue was (resetting it again) and asked who would be paying him. ??? Um what? He said they charge $49.99 for coming out. She told the guy never have they once charged her before and secondly the person on the phone did not disclose any fee!!! You always should be disclosing fees of any service before it is done! Shoot my vet where I take my dog for check ups, they always tell me prices before I even hang up the phone just so I'm aware of it!! The guy insisted she was lying about getting it for free and/or the guy who did it for free those times with us before should not have. 5 mins of your time and it's $50?! Rip off and liars.
