  • If I could give this car wash a 0, I would! I paid $10 to make to get all the dead bugs off of my car and various dirty spots, and it did nothing. I had to hand dry my car, and frankly there weren't much of any towels so I just got fed up and left with my car still wet. Once I got home, I noticed there were scratch marks from the car wash ALL OVER MY CAR. There is a huge one on the right side of my car. It was scratched so bad it removed the paint completely. I am hoping the dealership will be able to just touch up the paint, but more than likely I will have to repaint my car. The worst car wash I have EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT GO HERE! **UPDATE** YES, MY CAR WAS SCRATCHED FROM YOUR CAR WASH. I MAKE IT A HABIT TO CHECK THE EXTERIOR OF MY CAR AFTER BEING IN PARKING LOTS AND AT CAR WASHES. I WENT STRAIGHT FROM YOUR CAR WASH TO MY HOUSE. AND THOSE DEEP SCRATCHES WERE NOT THERE BEFORE. AGAIN, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.
