rev:text	I'm having issues with their staff. I financed a sofa sectional on 3 July, ended up being a "special order" because different color, fine. On 5 July I received a phone call from the salesman after 4 p.m. that "Apparently there's a rule for financing special orders, you need to come in an pay 20% down before the order is processed. I've heard the rule before, but it's been so long and I forgot." Unacceptable. I wasn't able to go in and pay the 20% down until after work on the 6th of July. However, when I voiced my concern to the delay of my order and when I receive it to the manager, I asked for a phone call to notify me when the order was processed--a 3rd party does it and they don't know how often/what days they process orders. Could be tomorrow could be next week according to the two managers assisting. That seems odd that they don't know when my order will be processed. So I asked them to call and find out and let me know. This seemed outside of their comfort level, as they were still iffy but agreed that I would receive a call. It's now 12 July and I have received absolutely no call, no follow up, nothing. Clearly customer service is not a priority and I am upset that I have no idea what is going on at this point. The money came out so I'm ASSUMING the order is processed and my sofa sectional is being made. However, who knows when I'll actually receive it. In my opinion, I'd like my furniture rushed with processing and delivery. It's been delayed at fault of American Furniture Warehouse and I'd now like them to amend it by doing that for me.
