  • Was not sure what to expect when my wife, Sweet Lady Jane and I, came here to "pick out" our granite slabs. We were greeted in the lobby and escorted to the tile counter where we were introduced to a very friendly young man who signed us in, explained the process and issued us hard hats. After a short wait, we met Tom Sullivan who took us out into the massive warehouse area where he had positioned a couple of slabs that were the Cafe Creme we had selected at Pulte's Design Center. After choosing the one we liked best, he had the fork lift guys bring in 4 more that were from that batch. We approved all 4 and that was that. I have to say that the process was simple, very informative and took less time than we expected. Tom was amazing and spent the time we had waiting for each slab to be brought in, explaining where the granite was mined, how it was shipped, the various minerals it contained and the process it would go through after we finished. All in all a wonderful experience made so by everyone we met with. Thanks AZ Tile!
