  • I have to say I was a little taken aback when I stopped in to Mercedes today. I came in to inquire about the GLA45 AMG series and was met by your one of your sales members John. At first he was very nice and helpful but then when I asked what the payment would be on a lease, he said "I'm not sure I haven't run the numbers on these in a while because most people who come in here just write a check or pay cash ".Extremely offensive for someone to say that to me considering you know nothing about me and my financial situation. I will be taking my business to another Mercedes dealership. You would think the level of customer service would be hire here!
