I want to give this place five stars because this place was so great to me but have to admit it is not perfect. Still, It is the best birth experience and care I've received by far (I had my fourth baby here). Also, I came here late in pregnancy unsure of when my insurance would kick in. They were NOT money grabbing at all and were very patient and forgiving about payment when we were trying to figure things out.
Pros:
The center is free standing, clean, with nice rooms.
Claudine, Savanah, and Anika all really care about you and your baby.
They will listen to you before, during and after your birth.
The accept some insurance and have manageable pay plans.
The will accept Vbacs.
They care enough to tell you if you should see an OBGYN (I really respect this)
They know their stuff and are comfortable with different techniques
They are there when you really need them
Family friendly
Bad:
It can be hard to get a hold of the center and unreliable for early on prenatal appointments
The center has a strong distinctive smoky smell
Claudine is forgetful and you need to make sure she writes something down or be prepared to repeat it.
She also is a little too relaxed during birth for my taste
Paperwork is not their strength
