  • The staff are courteous and attentive. The shoe selection is good. If you're average height and weight with an average build, they can accommodate you. Just don't be taken in by their evaluation and analysis. It isn't rigorous and there will be a different outcome depending on who does it. If something needs to be ordered (e.g., Wide width shoes, bicycle parts if you bring in a bicycle brand they don't cary) be prepared for a wait of several weeks. I don't know the reason, but in my two attempts, U would hear nothing for a week. Then it was a week of daily before there was any movement. The wrong item end sup being ordered and they decide I was the one who messed up the order as if I were looking over their shoulder telling them how to place an order. In summary, if they have what you want, good. If the must order something, go anywhere else.
