| - This is my go to Chinese supermarket. Its medium sized, has different Asian countries' products, the lineups aren't long and checkout is fairly quick. The best part? They bag your groceries for free. Yea, I like deals. I also like that it's in a Chinese plaza where you can find a lot of restaurants.
Went here today and they had some mocha ice cream for sale which I bought only once at a Japanese grocery store. Good to know it's here!
What irks me though is that I found some items that I liked before and can no longer find! For example, Some rice square chips that were awesome but can no longer find, anchovies snack which are nowhere in sight. If you know where these are, let me know!
I did find something awesome today, which are the spicy peanuts in the bulk aisle. Yes, they have a bulk aisle like bulk barn, but minuscule in size.
The prepared food goes on sale at night, but the quality is not good. I tried the chicken general tao the last time I was here and the chicken was tough and seemed old.
There's a bit of a smell to this place, tolerable though. It's probably because of the seafood section, availability of different raw meats and exotic innards and cooked foods.
I would only recommend the grocery shopping here.
