Horrible experience with Caryn in the Service dept. Wasted 3 1/2 hours last Saturday in the shop and no work was done on my Buick Lucerne. She was rude and did not mind keeping me waiting an hour and a half longer after I paid for a problem the mechanics caused to my dashboard. She claimed they didn't do anything to it. I explained there wasn't anything wrong with it when I came in and now it's displaying I need to push a checkmark to reset the compass, then it said I needed to drive in circles, the mechanics wouldn't come out to drive it in circles-they sent out a young man names Chris to do it, they took it back into the shop and it was back there for 1 1/2 hours without one word on what was happening to it. Caryn never came back to update me. The poor gal at the cashier booth was embarrassed. I had to ask her for a complaint form which I have also mailed in. Unbelievable. I will NEVER take my car her again.
