  • DR Brimhall is certainly rated 5 Stars - However with the rapid growth of his offices and staff things feel unorganized. Like Lost Appointments - being told you did not have an appointment while you and your spouse specifically stopped by the Durango Office to make the Appt. Having to go to another location to see a different doctor in the same practice. It just seems the growth of these offices is faster than Dr Brimhall and his Staff can keep up with. I will see the new Doctor , after being assured by the staff how qualified Dr Lin is. But with the inconvenient additional locations and being unable to see the Dr I want (nor at my preferred location), I will wait and see if I will remain with this practice (It will be a real loss to lose DR Brimhall, however over the years I've had many differing Doctors). I've sent lots of people to Dr Brimhall and they are asking if this is a build it out practice to be sold as soon as it's grown to a certain size.
