  • This was my first time visiting JT Boba House and I had no idea where to start. The girl at the register was very sweet before she realized I had no idea how to order. I politely asked if she could explain how it works and she seemed bothered, very short and answered my questions as if I should already know the answer. There wasn't anyone behind me in line so there wasn't a rush. Once my drink was ready, she put it on counter and yelled "strawberry" and walked away. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the drink was delicious.
