Questioning a client isn't the way you should conduct business. Employee asked the common questions and I replied accordingly and stated that my dog had all her shots and she is current at 16 weeks. The employee asked if she had a rabies shot which I replied yes. Her attitude completely change and said well this is impossible. To question me and state something like that you might as well called me an idiot over the phone. I have all her shot records and my dog goes to Siena Animal Clinic and she has a rabies tag. Use to go here in the past but with attitudes like that you have lost a client.
