  • This company is terrible! First of all, they made us wait all weekend without hot water so they could supposedly get a part on Monday. They came on Monday only to tell us it would be 2-3 more days until they could fix it. When I expressed my concern about going another few days without hot water and having 3 children the technician began yelling at me and lecturing me about only needing running water. My children came out because they heard a man yelling at me in the garage. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
