  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased multiple cameras from Lorex. One didn't work so i tried to return it (2 weeks after buying it...waves on the image). They told me i had to troubleshoot it first. I'm a business owner. Do i have time to troubleshoot it myself? Uh no. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
