  • 2016 is definitely the year of the hainanese chicken. And flock and fowl has definitely brought it to las vegas. The restaurant itself is small and very cute. The ordering process is at the front, and you sit down and wait for you food. The chicken itself is very tender, and packed full of that cooked in its own fat and ginger flavor, as is the rice. The sauces that come with the hainan chicken also complement the chicken flavor rather nicely. It's off strip, so I recommend getting here early before the crowd.
