  • Like any shelter, they only have the ability to be as good as their staff and volunteers are. The pets lives are saved, however, yes they are living in kennels. I am sure NV SPCA would love some additional volunteers to help take care of the pets. This would allow every pet some one on one time. Before you criticize, have you volunteered yet at a local shelter or reputable rescue ?
