  • Worst customer service and people skills. The ladies in the store kept following me around the store and asking me if I needed something. Every step I made, they stood behind me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Then one of the ladies asked her coworker to watch us. I shop at Brighton in LA and never experienced such horrible customer service.
