| - I would like to say that my last two visits to the shop have not been wonderful.
I don't even know where to start.
1) 3-4 months ago, I went onto the website to sign up for membership (the 25.00 one). Signed up and then went to the store to pay for my membership. The guy at the counter couldn't find my membership submission. either way, i signed up again at the shop.
2) Yesterday, I emailed them to ask if they had Civil War Tie-Ins (thought I made it clear that I wanted these particular TPBs). One of the guys responded saying they did. I go into the shop today and found out the ones I wanted were not in stock.
3) Afterwards, I was back at the office and sent another email to say that I was in the shop and didn't see them. I get the response back that "oh, I thought you wanted the others", I responded back that they were ones I already got and all of a sudden after his proposal of saying he can order it for me and me saying sure if its not a hassle, he then asks if I was going to buy the others (like WTF, I just said I had them).
4) Last mention, I found out that my membership name/pull list (whatever you would like to call it) was incorrect and it seemed that they didn't even want to make sure that my name was correct (and I was too disappointed or even tired to bother telling them to correct it). Overall, I don't see myself visiting for the next 6 months.
Overall, I just took 2 aspirins afterwards. Dr. Comics will still be on my list of comic places to visit but only unless its a last resort.
