  • I have nothing but great things to say about HRP! I was interested in getting my nose pierced, but needed someone to provide me with information and not to just get me and out, poke holes in me, take my money and move me out the door. And Derek (Oakland location) was so knowledgable about what to expect, the process that will take place, and the aftercare. He and Jerry (technician) put me at complete ease! They both were absolutely awesome. My nervousness was somewhat apparent and they both put me at ease with their calm demeanors and great sense of humor. And Jerry was absolutely correct when he told me that the pain I will feel will be more in my 'head' than the actual piercing. He was right. It was quick and fairly painless...a tight pinch, but that was it!!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a piercing. Thanks Derek and Jerry!!!
