  • After a long day at work, I came home to realize it was the arts festival this weekend in Pgh, aka, not a uhaul truck to be found to rent. I called the 800 number, they directed me to the service center on Western Ave on the Northside of Pittsburgh. I called ahead and got what i needed reserved. Although there were not trucks available, the gentleman on the phone offered me a few other options. I decided to go with renting a trailer. We were running down to the wire timewise, so we stopped by on the way to get the van that was going to tow the trailer. Nick was at the counter and was totally awesome, really understanding to our needs and to my frazzled nerves. We went and picked up the van and we were headed back and Vince called to check our progress. I told him we were on the west end bridge. He directed me what to go when we hit back. We were back and out of there within ten minutes. Vince finished the paperwork with me and Nick went over the function and safety of hitch and checked all the lights. I would recommend this Uhaul location, the store was clean and efficient and the staff was outstanding!!! Great experience there.
