  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My first issue is twice now I've pulled up to my mother's home to some guy not even trying to hide that he is peeing in a bottle in the back of his truck. Doors wide open. Upon approaching the gentleman he claims that it's company policy to do that and when I called I got no results because three weeks later a different guy was doing the same thing. Smoking pot on the job and littering my yard with cigarettes. Not to mention that after a year my mother's lawn looks worse than ever and when they come and assess a "soil sample" they use dirt from the best spot in the yard and don't even take enough dirt to sew a seed in. Since I have switched to trugreen and in three weeks the yard is completely better. Brooksides service is a joke. I could spray water and peanuts on her lawn and have had a better success at making my grass green.
