I've read the negative reviews here and am kind of shocked. The office is professional, clean and the staff are hard working people. I have no complaints and I'm pretty picky! I've had a whole bunch of procedures done here (at least 8). It took that many for the doctor to figure out what would help me the most AND Dr. Ryklin did figure it out. Some procedures worked amazingly well and some did nothing. That is just the way the body works. For me, the epidurals have never helped my neck pain but, they did help my shoulder. Google the success rate of epidurals and you'll find a 50 - 70% rate. The RFA procedure worked great and got rid of my headaches for a year! I've had spinal injuries and subsequent surgeries almost my whole life. Of the four pain specialists I've seen locally, Dr. Ryklin is the best and very good in my opinion. I think people need to reset their expectations when it comes to managing pain from spinal injuries. It's complicated! Yes, you do need to have good insurance in this country or you will go bankrupt. That too is a fact of life. This is not the fault of the doctors. I recommend Dr. Ryklin all the time. He has helped me so much and I am truly grateful to him and his office.
