If it were possible to give negative stars for this company I would. There has GOT to be an alternative out there to Cox. I have had nothing but problems with these people. Tonight, as just one example, my Internet access continued going out. I sat on the phone waiting for customer support for over half an hour. I finally got someone who could "reboot" my connection but it was so slow it may as well have been dial up service instead of "high speed" Internet. Then, I get transferred to someone else because the first tech couldn't figure out what was wrong and the woman hangs up on me. Now I have to start the whole process over again. If anyone has any other decent alternatives, I would welcome suggestions and if you don't already have Cox, I would suggest you avoid this company at virtually any cost!
