  • Update from 8/6/2014 review: All of the great things regarding the front office staff, you may disregard. In the last month, the front office staff and maintenence guys have all been replaced. From my understanding, a third party was managing the property before and took better care of the tenants than the new management has thus far. The new management has been in office for only a couple weeks now. There is a broken gate at the front pool that has been left wide open for the past 4 weeks. Meanwhile, they put a pad lock on a perfectly fine gate because their (New)general manager doesnt see a reason to have 3 gates open to the pool. WHAT?! ISNT THAT WHY THEY WERE BUILT?! Recently, a large group of, what appear to be high school students, have taken advantage of the free 24 hour access to the pool. I can't blame them, I would have done the same when I was that age. IF THE COMPLEX WOULD SIMPLY FIX ALL OF THE LOCK AND GATE ISSUES, i'm sure it would help resolve the problem. We finally received a friend referral credit of $200 this month. Our friends have lived here more than 90 days now and we were told that this would be automaticaly applied to our monthly bill. It wasn't. I called and went in to the office at least 4 times and spoke to 4 different people over the past month until this was finally taken care of. Each time I called, the manager was unavailable (including the current manager) and I was told they would call me back. They didn't. They tried to drop the referral credit to $150 and then to $100 when I finally spoke with the current manager (I had to walk in to the office and luckily it was the manager to assist me.) After looking through all of their files, they couldn't find anything that claimed how much I would receive for a referral. I simply pulled up the website's FAQ page and happily showed them the friend referral section ($200 credit that should be applied after only 30 days!) Current manager obliged and credited $200, rightfully. They may be new and just don't know, but its hard to believe seeing how they've handled everything else. Bottom line is the new management hasn't done anything to impress us in the first couple weeks. I would like to see things get taken care in a timely manner. Hopefully, there will be improvement over the next few weeks as they continue to get their feet wet. Another update to come...
