  • I can not say enough about the staff at SLS. Ceaser at the check in desk treated us like family and soon as I informed him my wife had health issues he went above and beyond to make sure she would be comfortable and the room was located near the elevator so she wouldn't have any trouble getting to the room. The assistant hotel manager Leo DeMarsh is exactly what you expect a manager to be. He was informative, friendly, and conducted himself showing nothing but the up most respect to each and every guest I watched him interact with. Good job SLS Las Vegas! I will recommend your hotel to everyone I know...
