  • I enjoy going here to this gym. The location is conveniently located in a shopping center on a busy street. The gym also have new equipment and plenty to choose from. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating to my needs. The classes are within the schedule that works for me. The owner, Rom Badilla, is very friendly and such a good coach. I don't feel rush nor does the classes or equipment intimidates me. Highly recommend this to anyone especially the ladies. If you are overweight or not, come to this gym. Ask for Rom. He'll sure guide you to the right direction.
