rev:text	Vegas in June is already hot. This year we are having a heat wave. I know.... So, instead of 98-99 degrees, it's 112-113. My dad suggests that we have the air conditioner looked at, "just in case". We've had the damn thing 20 years and we have never had it checked. I told him we will be opening a can of worms.... But, like a good daughter, I start doing my research. I, of course, resort to Yelp to check out a couple of places, get an estimate, time frame, etc... I left a message at two places and they never called me back. Both had 5 star ratings. Makes a girl wonder how you can get a five star rating if you don't answer the effen phone or return calls. Legacy Air, on the other hand, answered right away! I set up an appointment and I was told $59 for the check up and that Alejandro would be the person coming to our house. On the scheduled date and time Alejandro, (I just like saying that name. Ya know the Lady Gaga song Alejandro...) Anywhoo Alejandro was on time. That's a plus in my book. He asked me if the unit was having any issues I said not really. It's 20+ years old and we just want a maintenance check. To some, that could mean $$ and estimates based on the age and not the health of the machinery. Alejandro took his time to check everything inside the house and out. He explained in detail the results of all his findings and said the unit was in great working order. I kept waiting for the bomb to drop and for him to say, however, you need an arm, a leg and a pint of blood to repair the blah blah... He said that will be $59. My dad said pay the man before he changes his mind! ; ) In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Legacy Air for their commitment to customer service/satisfaction, integrity and honesty. Not to mention their professionalism and expertise! You heard me!!
