rev:text	PRE SHOW FLOP Reservations made days in advance, and then confirmed by text message, yet extremely vague as the date wasn't included. When we arrived we entered an very crowded lobby/ front desk area. Not only was it crowded but nobody was happy. There was a large group that wanted the big empty table in the middle that was being held for a reservation. This group did not make a reservation but had been looking at that table empty for almost 30 minutes and had agreed to split up. When we finally spoke with the host/server/ owner/manager? (older gentleman) he did not have our reservation and the text they sent us without the date was insufficient to get our reserved table. He was short, curt and rude. He was stressed out and completely overwhelmed. With show time in an hour and lack of options on Main st we waited for a resolution. Finally sat our service was off and rushed. It was also rude and uncomfortable. It appeared the entire place was in meltdown. Now that service is out of the way lets talk food. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!! I expected even just a little more but of the 4 dishes including Tom ka Ga (sp) Soup, Black Pepper shrimp, a Curry, and Pad Thai it was all HORRIBLE and just barely edible. Beers arrive on the warm side, maybe 55 or 60 degrees and the sake was soured. We payed and left as we had already seen that host //// lash out at us and others. I was not even going to bother complaining. They had to know what a shit show they were producing that night.
