Had a rockin experience!
Let's start here, I planned out my make up beauty day a month in advance. Yes this store is crazy busy, so plan wisely for appointments.
I had the sweetest make up artist named Naomi. She asked me what I wanted, and delivered more than I expected. I wanted glam, glam , and more glam. Yes it can be overwhelming with so many products, but she made it easy.
I will say some people don't know their space so I noticed that while some artists were busy making their customers glammed up, they were being asked questions by other customers. The artists were still nice, but here are plenty of sephora employees to go get help from. Just a tad annoying l;)
Naomi was uber knowledgeable and when she didn't know something specific like the chemistry of the product I was going to buy for my face, she said actually their rep is here let me grab her for u. I loved that. My questions were beyond the typical will this work.
Attention to detail is key. I never get overwhelmed in here because I do research ahead of time and lean on them for further recommendation
I absolutely loved what Naomi did, and I give her mad props!!
