  • Trader Joe's in Downtown Summerlin you have just what I need. The mini-shopping carts engage my two young shoppers. We found organic produce, canned tomato paste, bread crumbs, eggs, and frozen peas. We enjoy our search for Sanjay the Seahorse too! To add to our Sunday fun dinner, we found dessert. Today we purchased "Hold the Cone! Mini Ice Cream Cones" Each petite wafer cone is filled with rich, creamy, ice cream. We opted for chocolate dipped, chocolate ice cream. Vanilla ice cream centers are available too. We also selected a box of 12 Trader Joe's Vanilla Ice Cream Bon Bons with a chocolate cookie bottom, vanilla ice cream center, and a chocolate shell of bittersweet chocolate. Each Bon Bon is a morsel, a little bigger than bite-size. My request of Trader Joe's is to locate and stock organic baked goods and frozen desserts. Let's see ice creams, by the way with no guar gum, xanthan gum or carrageenan. Let's have organic ice cream and pops made with organic fruits and raw or organic whole milk, coconut palm sugar, organic cream, organic half and half, vanilla extract, coarse unrefined sea salt and salted caramel for example. Let's see organic cupcakes! Hip Hip Hooray! Happy Organic Day!
