Firefly has a lot of potential, but is short on the customer service. I made a reservation for 7:00pm and received a phone call that if I was not in the restaurant by 7:02, my reservation would be given away. Well, good thing I like to be on time. In fact, my husband and I were at the restaurant by 6:45pm. We were then told that we had to wait until closer to 7 to be seated. Understandable. Until I noticed about two to three parties without reservations being seated before us. What's the point of making a reservation??? At 7:02, when we were walked to our table, we passed about 10 empty ones...um, ok. The three stars is for the food. It's good. Service, not so much.
