  • Noticed a leak in our yard, and after receiving an extremely high water bill immediately called our (horrible) PM. Now with a horrible PM, it only makes sense for them to hire a horrible company. Got a call from a lady I could barely understand on Wednesday, and requested a Saturday appt. From what I could understand, she said ok and she'd call to confirm it later on in that day. The next day I had to call to follow up since I hadn't received anything from them. The lady confirmed that someone be out between 1-2 (which I though was a great time frame considering I work for a company that has 4 hour windows). Now comes Saturday,.. I changed my plans to make sure I would be home during the provided time frame.. Even sparing couple hours because I know things can happen. 4pm rolls around and I'm concerned that I haven't gotten a call to let me know they're running late or anything, so I call just to find out they're closed. "* You can contact us 24/7 either by email or phone. Are email address is info@demboislandscape.com and our phone number is 1-888-297-3295. Contact us anytime." False. Day wasted waiting for someone that never showed up and didn't have the decency to call, and still have a huge leak happening.
