| - Congratulations! They have the WORST customer service in the history of anything ever!
I called their office on 12/21 to make sure the item I wanted, an appointment book, was a 2015, as the one pictured online had a 2011 calendar. After waiting 35 minutes on hold, I was assured that I would be getting a 2015 book. Great. I placed the order and it arrived quickly on 12/24. Also great, as this was a birthday present I needed for 12/29. After opening the package, things were not so great. I received a 2014 appointment book. I called the store two more times before I was able to speak to someone. The mailbox is always full and although the recording states they are available to take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, no one ever answers. On the third try I spoke to a girl who, after 28 minutes on hold, told me they would send a new book, a 2015 on 12/29. Today is January 3rd and I have not received the replacement item. I live in California, so shipping should take 2 days at most. I have called the store, customer service, sent an email - no reply. I keep calling and guess what? No answer and the mailbox is full! Big surprise.They have NO business running a company. I don't know how they manage to stay afloat. What do they do with large orders when they can't even manage to get a $5 appointment book correct?
