  • ZERO STARS! Management here sucks! First off my mom battling stage 3 cancer comes out to vegas to visit. I of course wanting her to have a good meal wanted to take her here for all of our first time. Wasn't expecting spectacular food but I was expecting good food to say the least. Horrible service, someone out there fingers in the cold mashed potatoes, management kept trying to replace the order and everytime I stated what we ordered the first time, and everytime it was cold, not what we ordered, or something else. We waited a total of 55 minutes during lunch and the server just kept saying sorrry guys there's managers here yet"this was prior to management trying to fix" he just kept saying it's not my fault, we weren't rude dude, just fix the food. Forgot our drink refills 3 times. This was a party of 5 I was sadly amuzed with the lack of training of knowing the menu, the quality in guest satisfaction, and poor food quality. I would never return, unless I'm expecting to pay for a disaster. We paid our bill "fully" before anyone says probably want free food, and we tipped our server 20% because god don't like ugly and we're pretty understanding but my goodness get it together people! End rant
