  • I have been to this store before the first time I did not purchase anything but I loved the store and the girl that acknowledged me gave great customer service, this time around I sat down and tried a new product they were demonstrating I liked what I saw but it was pricey! And considering the eye cream he was trying to offer me is online for 20$!! The guy that helped me said it was guaranteed or my money back! I returned today and the so called manager was very RUDE!!!!!! Very unprofessional!! He would not return the product so he refunded me 200.00$ everyone beware of these people I have seen them at the kiosk in the malls they're only out for your wallet and are trying to sell you something for 400 dollars when it's really only worth 10! It's a scam and it's a shame to see them selling out of such a beautiful store inside of the cosmopolitan.
