  • I ordered a box spring and payed 70.00 for the home delivery. I was told I'd receive a call a day before the delivery date to schedule a time. At 6pm the day before i receive an automated call telling me my box would arrive between 930am and 1230pm the next day. So I raced to adjust my schedule and they arrived a 2pm. No call from anyone telling me of the new time. I wasted most of a day for a lousy box spring. Oh ya, the delivery guys were rude and intimidating. Next time I order from Amazon.
