  • I have avoided this car wash due to the reputation and feedback I have came across. However I made the mistake of thinking that it could just be a matter of only hearing the negative responses while the countless positive experiences go unnoticed. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. If you ask me, there really isnt any positive here at Jacksons. One wash, one giant scratch on a truck barely new enough to have its first oil change. Approx 3-4 inches in length, all the way through the paint in some parts. I have worked in several industries and to see the lack of care as well as lack of responsibility makes me sick. DO NOT GO TO JACKSONS! I almost felt annoyed by my usual spot failing to blow air out of side mirrors and small things like that, but at least that wipes off and doesn't cost $100's to undo. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO JACKSONS.
