  • (This business also goes by the name Arizona Family Florist) Posting this for my SO who does not have a Yelp account (gasp!) How many times have you ordered flowers for an event which you would not be attending or any other time you would not see them? Most of the time right? And how often have you wondered what actually shows up on the other end? Most of the time right? Ordered flowers for a funeral and also attended the funeral, so this time had a chance to see the product. VERY POOR. Flowers already wilted and were falling off within a day. I've seen better flowers at Safeway for $10 and this order totaled $80!! Contacted florist by email with a picture both of what they advertised and what actually showed up (big difference). Complained about quality and asked for a partial refund. Withheld this review for 3 weeks allowing time for them to respond - apparently they couldn't be bothered. There's hundreds of florists shops in the area, pick another one cause this one has both poor product and poor customer service (i.e., none).
