  • Gio is the Apple Genius that helped me troubleshoot something in five minutes! I was unable to see the video in my piano tutorial, Playground Session for over two months! I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating Adobe Flash, uninstalling and reinstalling (within the program) my lessons etc. Nothing worked... I took it to Apple. Gio updated Adobe AIR! Again, it was the fix in five minutes! Gio is a genius! Thank you so much! Now, I can visually see my step-by-step piano lessons in one of my favorite applications! I love Apple!
